DIEGO ALVAREZ RIVERA

Argentina
Diego Alvarez Rivera is a lawyer and former diplomat with extensive experience in strategic investment, trade, and international negotiations. He leverages a blend of public and private sector expertise to guide businesses and investors navigating the dynamic Latin American market.

Diego graduated as a lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires, holds a MA in International Economic Relations from the University of Barcelona, a MA in International Relations from the Universidad of San Andrés and FLACSO and a PhD in Social Sciences from the University of Buenos Aires.
​
Before launching ABP AG, he served as Ambassador to Armenia, Consul General in Istanbul and Trade Officer in Miami and Santiago. Diego has also been Director of Trade Intelligence at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where he led strategic initiatives and has practiced as a private lawyer, focusing mainly on commercial law.

SERGIO ARCE ROMERO

Sergio Arce Romero is a strategic M&A consultant based in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, with a proven track record of success in banking and telecoms. He is the Co-funder and CEO of Multipoint SRL, an automotive detailing service chain in Bolivia, and previously was Senior Investment Executive of Actis, a global investment firm focused on private equity headquartered in London.
Before, he was investment executive in CDC Group plc (currently British International Investment) a development finance institution of the UK Government, established in 1948 to invest in developing companies in Africa, Asia and the Caribbean.
Segio graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Boston College and holds a Master of Science in Management from the Hult International Business School, Cambridge, MA.

JUAN M. GONZALEZ BIBOLINI

Juan Miguel González Bibolini is a specialist in international trade and environmental economics based in Asunción, Paraguay. He is the founder of the digital platform recparaguay.net and author of the book "Paraguay+. Paraguay's Global Positioning for Recovery".
​
Previously, Juan Miguel was Director of Export Promotion at PROPARAGUAY, Paraguay's export and investment promotion agency. He served as Paraguay's Consul General and Commercial Attaché in Barcelona, ​​Milan, and Santiago. As a consultant, he designed and executed projects for the UNDP, IDB, and CAF.

Juan Miguel holds a degree in International Trade and Economics from the National University of Quilmes and the University of Buenos Aires and an MBA from IEDE Business School. He also holds a specialty in Climate Change Law and Economics from FLACSO and a Diploma in Integral Marketing from Adolfo Ibañez University.
